Conflict Coaching & Consulting

Interpersonal and workplace conflict coaching for individuals and organizations, including conflict advice, custom conflict intervention design, and conflict skill development ($125/hour).

Mediation (Third Party Neutral)

Full-day ($900) or half-day ($450) mediation sessions using Third Party Neutral processes. Can be done with or without the presence of legal representatives. It is recommended that for contentious cases, legal representatives be present; independent legal advice is always advisable and encouraged. I will not be your legal representative and cannot offer legal advice - I will be the custodian of the process and allow you to take ownership of the conflict and its resolution. At the completion of a mediation, both parties will receive a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which can then be reviewed independently by your legal representatives, who can draft a Settlement Agreement based on the agreed-upon terms of the MoU.

Notary & Commissioning Services

As a Notary Public, I am authorized by the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General to provide notary services, including commissioning affidavits or administering oaths and affirmations.
I can witness signatures, receive declarations and affidavits, and certify that a document is a true copy of the original. As a Licensed Paralegal, my commission has no expiry. Notarizing or commissioning costs $40 per notarization.
